Yes. I build programs around what your body can do, not against it. Injuries donβt disqualify you β they make good programming even more important. Training should enhance your health, not break you down.
Yes. In-person training is available for London-based clients whoβd like face-to-face sessions. These are priced separately from online coaching and can be purchased as single sessions or discounted blocks. Online coaching is the core, but in-person is an option if you want direct 1-to-1 training alongside.
